Winner of the competition "Young Teacher-Researcher 2018" of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

In 2009 he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Institute with a degree in "Dynamics and Strength of Machines", entered postgraduate studies. Starting from the 4th student year he worked at the department on state budget issues. In 2012-2013 he worked as a full-time junior researcher at the Department of Dynamics and Strength of Machines of Institute of Mechanical Engineering. In total he participated in five state budget topics, in particular, as a responsible executor of the theme "Development of a generalized method for forecasting the service life of structures made of composite materials under complex low-cycle load, taking into account damage." Under the leadership of Corresponding Member NASU, professor Mykola Bobyr he took part in the research and development work "Development of a method for determining the load-bearing capacity of structures made of composite materials under the action of cyclic loads" commissioned by SE "M. Yangel Design Bureau "Pivdenne".

Since 2009 he has been conducting active research work in the field of certification tests as a Junior Researcher of Scientific Testing Center "Nadijnist". The center is accredited in accordance with the requirements of State Standards of Ukraine, ISO / IEC in the field of testing of metal, polymer, composite, building materials and products from them; building and metal structures; elements of connections and details of a railway track; hoisting machines and mechanisms, etc.

He has more than 20 scientific publications in professional journals, including in the scientometric database "Scopus". Systematically participates in all-Ukrainian and international specialized scientific conferences. At the XX International Scientific and Technical Conference "Progressive Engineering, Technology and Engineering Education" dissertation report by Oleksandr Bondarets was recognized as the best and awarded a diploma.
